This beauty has always been passionate about aesthetics, thanks to the inspiration of her mentor, Dallas Michelucci. Before entering the aesthetics industry, Kristin worked in Corporate America, where she was a superstar. However, the world of aesthetics had her heart, and she never looked back. Kristin loves consulting with patients to show them a full-face rejuvenation is possible without surgery. She loves taking Renuva’s patients on a journey of discovery and showing them all the non-surgical options available to them. She believes that aging gracefully is possible and takes pride in helping our patients look and feel their best.

Dr. Bobby Desai, our esteemed Medical Director, embodies a profound commitment to advancing medical knowledge and patient care. With over 50 authored and co-authored medical books to his credit, Dr. Desai's expertise spans various domains of healthcare. His extensive experience includes serving as an assistant professor and contributing to prestigious organizations such as the American Board of Emergency Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Beyond academia, Dr. Bobby Desai's passion for patient wellness extends to practical applications. As a co-owner of a medical spa, he brings a unique blend of clinical proficiency and entrepreneurial acumen to the table. Dr. Desai's certifications in injectables, weight loss management, and medical aesthetics underscore his dedication to offering comprehensive care. Introducing the talented and beautiful Diana, the Permanent Makeup Specialist at Renuva MedSpa. Before becoming a permanent makeup artist, Diana had diverse work experiences as a marketing intern for a women's football team, a corporate recruiter and marketing assistant, and a freelance content creator for a digital therapeutics platform.

Diana's passion for the aesthetics industry began when she worked as a guest experience coordinator at a local salon. Her love for permanent makeup blossomed after attending a four-day training for permanent eyeliner and lip blushing at the Beauty Angels Academy. Although Diana loves all permanent makeup treatments, her favorite is lip blushing using the fast whip shading technique.

In her free time, Diana enjoys being a dog mom to her beloved golden retriever named Luka, who she affectionately calls her first "son." Her personal goal is to practice gratitude and positivity daily. Diana's warm and bubbly personality and her expertise in the aesthetics industry make her the perfect permanent makeup artist for anyone who wants to enhance their natural beauty.

Meet Priscilla, a medical aesthetician and laser tech with a passion for helping others look and feel their best. Growing up in Ohio, Priscilla always had a love for both science and art, making her current career in aesthetics a perfect fit. After experiencing a personal loss in her mid-20s, Priscilla became passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and taking care of herself, leading her to pursue a career in the aesthetics industry. Before becoming an aesthetician, Priscilla worked in business management and healthcare. However, her favorite treatment to provide now is skincare treatments that provide change and correction, such as chemical peels, IPL, and microneedling. Despite the non-fluffy nature of these treatments, Priscilla makes sure her clients feel comfortable and pampered with warm bedding, hot towels, spa music, and light massage.

When she's not working, Priscilla enjoys spending time with her chihuahua Dulce, traveling with her boyfriend, practicing yoga, and reading books or listening to podcasts. She's also proud of how much her self-confidence has grown in the treatment room over the past year. If she had to choose one treatment for the rest of her life, it would be Botox, and she would bring Skinceuticals' Phloretin CF, Skinbetter SPF tinted compact, and Skinbetter Trio to a deserted island.

Karri is a woman of many talents and passions, and her clients at Renuva MedSpa are lucky to benefit from her extensive experience and expertise. After spending 28 years in corporate America at UPMC, Karri knew she needed a change. As someone who has always been a "facial junkie," she decided to follow her passion for skincare and aesthetics and enrolled in the esthetician program at South Hills Beauty Academy. Today, she is a skilled medical aesthetician with over 25 certifications in microblading, microneedling, and tattoo removal, and other techniques.

Karri is not just a talented medical aesthetician, but also a warm and caring person who takes pride in providing her clients with a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Her décolleté effleurage massaging techniques are legendary for their ability to lull clients into a blissful sleep, and her love for dermaplaning ensures that her clients' skin is always radiant and glowing. When she's not at work, Karri can be found pursuing her other passions, such as gardening, traveling, and enjoying a glass of dark, dry Merlot. With three children, two stepchildren, three grandbabies, and a beloved salon dog named Prim, Karri's life is full of joy and fulfillment, and her clients are lucky to be a part of it.

Introducing Heather, Medical Aesthetician at Renuva MedSpa! Heather grew up in Sarasota, Florida, a beautiful beach town an hour south of Tampa. She started her career in the aesthetics industry after being diagnosed with cancer at the age of 25. Once she started feeling better, Heather went out in search of things she could do to repair the damage that had been done, and discovered the magic of regular facials, medical-grade skin care, and Botox/fillers/permanent makeup. Heather loves that she gets to pass on that feeling of self-confidence to others with her work.

Prior to the aesthetics industry, Heather worked at American Eagle Outfitters corporate headquarters, doing project management within the Technology team. Her favorite treatment to provide to patients is the traditional facial, where she can really customize the facial to fit each patient's specific skin needs. Before diving into aesthetics, Lauren spent four years as a pediatric nurse and worked as an NP in an urgent care setting. She also currently works for a Dermatology company. Lauren's AH-HA moment came through constant education in the field, a reminder that providers must continue to learn and grow to better serve their patients.
